当事務所では本格的な設計を行う前に、田畑がお客様の考え方や計画の状況、ご予算をお伺いする、事前相談を行っています。（相談料はいただいておりません。）

アプローチ
当事務所では「デザインする」とはどういう事なのかを常に深く掘り下げ、様々なプロフェッショナルからフィードバックをいただき、プロジェクトのコンセプトが細部に至るまで計画と共鳴しているかを随時意識し、プロセスを進めます。
表現と描写
スケッチやドローイング、そして模型や様々なツールを使い、アイデアを表現する事を常に心がけています。これらのプロセスはアイデアを構築し、プロジェクトを進行する上で絶対に欠かせません。
コンサルテーション
お客様との対話を通した意見交換を行うことによりデザインは洗練されていきます。そのため、出資者様やユーザーの方々とプロジェクト初期段階でのヒアリングを提案致します。
Approach
Our design doesn't just come out of our own heads. Our design process is inspired by meeting with clients, associates and craftsmen and we learn so much through their feedback. On each project, we always consider what "design" means in order to achieve a successful solution. We therefore pay extra attention to our design process to make sure that all details are planned well during the decision making process from the scratch until the end and even further.
Expression and description
We always keep in mind that any designing process should always be expressed through mixed media such as sketching, drawings, model making etc. These processes can never be simplified and it can never be ignored to achieve a successful design.
Consultation
For us, the most important thing is that we scan clients thoughts and find the ideal design. The solution is only successful when we brush up a design by exchanging ideas and feedbacks among clients , experts and our team. Therefore, we strongly recommend that we organise a talk discussion at the very early stage of project.
設計監理費について
人件費（設計に掛かる日数×単価）＋直接経費となります。計画や建物の規模・用途により変わりますので、ご相談の上、決定いたします。
ご契約前のプレゼンテーションには業務報酬が発生いたします。計画内容に応じて、見積りいたします。なおご契約頂けた場合、お支払い頂いた金額は当該契約の報酬の内金に充当するものとします。
*構造設計者に支払う構造設計料は別途とします。
*設備設計者に支払う設備設計料は、住宅の場合は設計料に含み、それ以外の用途は別途とします。
その他、設計料に含まれないもの
- 建築確認申請手数料
- 中間検査手数料
- 完了検査手数料
- 土地の測量費
- 地盤調査費
- CGパース作成費 (商利用用途)
- 上記以外の各種申請については別途
